ACH DEBIT ORIGINATION
In the collection environment, there are two main reasons to use Automated Clearing House ACH Debit Origination -- Cash Collection and Cash Concentration. Cash Collection is the collection of funds from customers through electronic transfer. This method of collection allows for the fastest retrieval of money from customers. It can be used by companies to collect funds from nearly any U.S. bank associated with the Federal Reserve Bank. Cash Concentration is for businesses, like retailers and companies with multiple locations, which often maintain accounts at more than one bank. The business can utilize this service to consolidate the funds in one depository account.
OFFICEDEPOSIT® (REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE)
Businesses that receive checks for payment now have the ability to deposit those checks through image capturing. Once the check is scanned, it is uploaded to our system for deposit. The system also allows for the scanning of remittance coupons or for the entry of additional accounting data that can be downloaded and interfaced to an existing accounting system. Using this system can eliminate most trips to a branch.
LOCKBOX PROCESSING - RETAIL & WHOLESALE
Instead of checks being sent to your offices, they are sent to a Post Office Box maintained by CNB. Each day the payments are removed from the P.O. Box and are deposited into your accounts. Check and remittance information received are reviewed and imaged. Once the information and images are captured, the details of each payment can be delivered to you through different methods. With this service, we will work with you to automate the flow of data and speed the deposit of your funds as much as possible.

Our business online banking system allows you to access information and process transactions from your computer. Our system is 100% Internet based making it accessible to anyone with access to the Internet anywhere in the world. The system is custom configured to include the modules you need to operate your business.
- Balance Reporting Module - Real time retrieval of account balance, activity information, and paid check images.
- Book Transfer Module - Allows the movement of funds between two accounts at CNB (including deposit and loan accounts).
- Stop Payment Module - This module to allows you to add a stop payment to a check.
- Wire Transfer Module - You can use this function to originate repetitive and non-repetitive wire transfers for both USD domestic and USD international transactions. It also provides detail tracking of incoming and outgoing transfer activity.
- Automated Clearing House ACH Module - This module allows you to create NACHA formatted files and originate ACH debit and credit transactions.
- Bill Payment - You can use this function to schedule bill payments from your designated bill payment account to businesses or individuals.

This link will allow money to flow automatically between the deposit account and loan or investment account as needed. Using the wire transfer module of ePartner a customer can originate USD wire transfers that are processed the same day they are received.

Although not as fast as wire transfer processing, the cost and efficiency of using this service is superior when sending numerous payments.
CORPORATE PURCHASING CARDS - "ONECARD"
The OneCard allows employees who travel regularly or make regular corporate purchases to carry a special card for that purpose. The employer can control who is issued a card and what types of merchants are acceptable for payment.

Introducing Payment Exchange powered by Deluxe (DPX. Get all the benefits of a paper check, all in one low-cost, digital solution. Payment Exchange offers businesses a 100% digital payment solution that integrates seamlessly with any current payment processes; All at a fraction of the time and at half the cost of a manual paper check.
Send high-security digital payments to anyone with an email address. DPX also allows clients to Print and Mail a high security paper check. After sending, receiving the funds has never been easier. Recipients can choose direct deposit, deposit to debit card or PayPal, or print as a check.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Sender links bank account to platform and enters payment.
2. Payment Exchange (DPX) digitally sends payment and remittance notification to receiver by email or Print and Mail.
3. Recipient is notified of payment, views remittance data and chooses deposit method.
