Our Commitment to Our Vendors and Contractors

City National Bank (CNB) is committed to the highest possible standards of ethics, integrity and legal business conduct. As part of this commitment, City National Bank provides an avenue for contractors and vendors to raise concerns they may have, in addition to already existing methods of communication, reporting or complaint resolution. This reporting system does not replace the other methods traditionally used to communicate with CNB but adds another avenue for making reports.
Reports are filed through a third party, EthicsPoint. Examples of areas that may be reported: concerns relating to the integrity of CNB internal accounting controls or auditing matters, ethical business or personal conduct, integrity or violations of law, etc. The information you provide will be handled in a discrete and confidential manner by City National Bank.

To Make a Report

  • Click Make a Report to create a report. This will take you to the EthicsPoint site and you will be leaving the City National Bank web site.
  • Follow the instructions on each page of the EthicsPoint secure site.
  • After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions. You can also click Follow-up on a Report to obtain information on your report.
