William is a Vice President at BciCapital, where he supports the origination, structuring, and execution of transactions for institutional financial sponsors. He brings a diverse background across strategy consulting, investment banking and entrepreneurship.

William began his career at Accenture Strategy, where he specialized in M&A integration and corporate strategy and operations. He then joined Barclays Capital's Global Leveraged Finance Group, where he executed leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations and refinancings within the Consumer Retail sector. Following Barclays Capital, William served as a Middle Market M&A investment banker at J.P. Morgan. Most recently, William was an investor/operator in the Hospitality and Healthcare industries.

William is a Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude graduate of Morehouse College. He holds an MBA from Cornell University.
