John P. Paradisi serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Specialty Banking Officer for City National Bank of Florida (CNB), bringing over 25 years of banking experience to the role. He joined CNB in 2020 as its Chief Strategy Officer, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the bank's strategic direction, before transitioning to his current position in August 2024.

Prior to joining CNB, John held several key leadership roles at CIT Bank in New York, including Managing Director and Chief Strategy Growth Officer from 2016 to 2019, and Managing Director and Global Head of Corporate Development and M&A from 2010 to 2016.

In his current role, John leads a comprehensive suite of business segments that deliver products, services, and financing to clients. His leadership responsibilities encompass the West Coast and Central Florida markets, as well as Treasury Services, Residential Banking, Capital Markets, SBA Lending, Insurance Services, and the Equipment Finance segment (formerly known as BciCapital). Additionally, John heads the Marketing and Experience Team, focusing on identifying and assessing growth opportunities and partnerships for the bank.

John is actively involved in the community as a board member of Junior Achievement of Greater Miami, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting financial literacy, career readiness, and business ownership among at-risk youth.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and an M.B.A. in Management from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in New York.
