A co-founder of EY’s Latin America Transaction Practice, Hector also led some of the firm's largest global accounts. He has been involved in over 500 transactions across various sectors, including banking, technology, telecommunications, transportation, beverages, cruise lines, retail, construction, utilities, education, healthcare, professional services, and sports leagues.

Hector was pivotal in EY’s collaboration with a $100 billion fund focused on disruptive technologies and served as EY’s Americas Innovation & Emerging Services Leader, helping drive rapid growth between 2010 and 2020. Under his leadership, the practice more than doubled in size every three years. His recent roles included Office Managing Partner and Global Lead Account Partner for EY’s largest clients worldwide.
