1 This exclusive Small Business Administration (SBA) loan offer is available to University of Miami (UM) alumni, students, and faculty residing in Florida. Eligible applicants will have the packaging fee—calculated at 1% of the total loan amount, up to a maximum of $2,500—waived upon loan closing. Additionally, a 0.50% interest rate discount is available for loans ranging from $30,000 to $5,000,000. To qualify for this rate discount, applicants must deposit the loan funds into a CNB bank account and establish auto draft, which must be maintained for the life of the loan. Loan applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2024, and the loan must close within 90 days of submission. Applicants are responsible for any additional closing costs associated with the loan. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers and is subject to change or termination without prior notice.
